Update on First Book-Signing in NC
(July, 2013) I wanted to Congratulate Mike Perko, my author and co-creator of "Sheldon the Square-Shelled Turtle" for a VERY SUCCESSFUL signing at COSTCO in Greensboro, NC.
It's the first major retail giant to have picked up Sheldon. Mike did an excellent job of putting this all together! We hope there are many more to come! Mike gave out bookmarks to every child and sold 70 books! Bravo Mike!!!!! Costco just released their entire database of stores, contact names and extensions to us. So we plan on being in every Costco store within three years!
“As so many of our young children struggle with feeling “different” and many become victims of bullying by their peers, this fun little book has a reassuring message that each person is OK!”

Sheldon Reaches #22, #23 in Books on iTunes!
Sheldon's Adventures and Cornered! reaches #22, #23 in downloads in the U.S. Books category yesterday in the Apple App Store! This isn't an easy feat. While most apps are categorized as more specific segments, our apps are still categorized in all of books. So #22 and #23 is quite respectable considering it is within the entire category of books. We're hoping to update them in the next couple of weeks, and then we'll shoot for #1! Combined, both Sheldon apps have been downloaded more than 12,000 times.
“This wonderful book by Perko and Nebelsky is helpful to any child who feels square in a round world! The questions at the end are a nice starting point for conversations–for teachers, friends, and parents. Parents will appreciate the fact that they can download this as an app to most smart phones and tablets; great reading on trips!”
